What kind of photo works best?
A clear shot of the face in decent light. Phone photos are fine. Avoid photos where the face is tiny, blurry or half hidden, and skip heavy filters. The design is made from the actual photo, so what you upload is what ends up on the shirt.
Does it work for cats and other pets?
Yes. Dogs and cats are what we have tested most. Rabbits, horses and birds usually work if the photo shows the face clearly, and the free preview shows you before you pay.
Will it really look like my pet?
The design starts from your photo rather than a drawing of a breed, so patches, ear shape and coat color carry over. If a preview misses, generate another; there is no limit, and every attempt stays so you can pick the best one.
How long does it take?
You see your pet on the shirt about a minute after uploading. Shirts print to order and ship within a few days; the exact arrival window is shown on every page before you order.
How much does a custom pet shirt cost?
A tee is $26.99 and a crewneck sweatshirt is $39.99, each printed on the front. Standard shipping is $4.95 for one item and free on two or more. Express is offered at checkout. Ten or more shirts get an automatic discount that reaches 30% off at 100.
What if the print doesn't look like my pet?
You see the design before paying, so most misses get caught there. If the printed shirt arrives damaged or doesn't match the preview you approved, we reprint it or refund you.
Can I get it on a sweatshirt?
Every style comes on a tee or a crewneck sweatshirt. Switch between them under the preview and the price updates.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order one shirt. If you order several, the per-shirt price drops automatically.
Can I put two pets on one shirt?
Not yet. Each shirt is made from one photo of one pet. If you have two, order two shirts; the second ships free.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and it ships straight to them. Order about two weeks ahead for standard shipping, or pick express for a specific date.
Is this a shirt for me or a shirt for my dog?
For you. A custom dog shirt here is a tee or sweatshirt in adult, youth and toddler sizes, printed with your dog's face and name. We don't make clothing for dogs or cats.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Every shirt is printed to order, so there are no change-of-mind returns the way a store with shelves does them. If it arrives damaged, the print doesn't match the preview you approved, or the size differs from our size chart, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we reprint it or refund you.
Can it say "dog mom" or something other than the name?
Yes. The name field prints whatever you type, up to 24 characters, so "DOG MOM", "Biscuit's human" or a nickname all work. Keep it short so the letters stay big.

Face in focus and filling at least a quarter of the frame. Daylight or a bright room; no flash in the eyes. Straight-on or a small head tilt, ears visible. A plain phone snapshot, JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC. Avoid: sunglasses, costumes or a hand across the face; heavy filters and strong color casts; two pets in one photo (one pet per shirt for now); screenshots of screenshots; send the original.
