Good quality tee and transfer; sizing for women’s runs VERY small however. I checked the measurements before ordering, in the sizing guide, but the shirt is still smaller on me than expected. I ordered a Medium but it fits like a Small.

What a great company. I was hesitant because of all the AI bad press, but this was great. Althea made a couple of suggestions to my design and it was even better. Plus it got to my friend for his birthday on his birthday!!!!!! Really - great customer service, so helpful and kind.

Customer service was the best. I chose from your templates to start and chose a font. Three choices were presented and I chose the one best suited. Then I started tweaking colors and words and each time was given three more choices. Customer service came into play when I couldn’t figure out how to get the many different sizes I needed - from toddler through adult XXL. The most personable representative picked up the phone and walked me through the process. The next call was to see about having them all long sleeves and how to pay for that. They made it all so simple. When the shirts were delivered I was thrilled with the outcome. Thank you! The person I dealt with was Althea! So good!

Everything is great. The logo came out very nice. The shirt size (XL) is very good. Both shirts were 100% cotton, and i expected that. I am pleased overall. The personal attention to the design was greatly appreciated, you went above board. Thanks.

Generally a good experience overall. The AI design was slick (who needs live graphic designers any more…) but it’s unfortunate that you need to jump thru a few hoops to get additional design choices. Through no fault of Shirrts my order was lost during shipping the first time. Luckily I wasn’t under any deadline. Shirrts reprinted and expedited another order quickly. That arrived and I was pleased with the refits. For quick one off t-shirt designs and small orders I’d use Shirrts again.

I tried to do my own T-shirts using AI. It didn’t work so I gave Shiirts a try. I had the basics but needed a lot of help. Althea was super fast to respond to my ideas and sent at least six different options which we tweaked together and came up with a fantastic T-shirt for my group. I was also pleasantly surprised by the quality of the shirt material. It’s definitely a couple grades above your average t-shirt in softness and comfort. Thanks Althea and shirrts!

I ordered 4 tshirts. I have not images of my own, but I just described briefly the image and added the Tex I had chosen. Several images were generated in a matter of seconds. The designs captured very well what I had in mind. When I got the T-shirts they looked and felt great. The size was perfect. So the quality was outstanding. The delivery was very good.
