We're design and tech nerds who thought t-shirt sites were stuck in 2005 — so we built Shirrts to fix it. Our mission is simple: make it fun and instant for any group to spin up great-looking shirts without the hassle.

We're based in Berkeley, CA. Every shirt is printed on premium blanks and shipped with care from trusted U.S. partners.

How does the AI design system work?

You tell us what you want. The AI builds a layout that looks good—without needing to drag and drop 12 text boxes.

Can I upload my own logo or image for reference?

Absolutely! If you've got a logo, mascot, or any image you'd like us to work with, just upload it during the design process. We'll incorporate it into your design and make sure it looks great on your shirt.

What if there's a typo or I need to make an edit?

No worries. You'll find a pencil icon edit button in the bottom right corner of each design — just tap it and prompt your edit. If you're having trouble getting the exact design you want, feel free to email us at support@shirrts.com and we'll take care of it for you.

How do you ensure design quality?

Before printing, we proactively review every design to catch and fix typos, distortions, and other issues. This way, you can focus on creating while we handle the quality control.

How do I design double-sided shirts?

Easy! On the design page, create one side at a time by switching between front and back. Once you've created both designs, go to either design's product page and check the "Add a front/back print (+$6.99)" checkbox right above the color swatches to attach them together before adding to cart.

I generated a design I liked but didn't save it. Can I get it back?

If you were logged in, you'll find it under My Designs in your profile. If you weren't logged in, the design is saved as public by default — check the Discover page to find it there.

How do bulk discounts work?

Bulk discounts apply across all t-shirts in your cart — mix and match designs, colors, or sizes. The total quantity in your order determines your discount. Save up to 30% when ordering 100+ shirts!

How do group orders work?

Group orders make it easy to collect shirt sizes from your group. On any product page, look for the "Ordering for a group?" link below the Add to Cart button. Click it to create a shareable link, send it to your group, and they'll pick their sizes — no account needed. Once everyone's responded, add all shirts to your cart in one click. Bulk discounts are applied automatically based on the total quantity. You can manage your group orders from the Group Orders page.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship anywhere in the U.S. for free when you order 2+ shirts. Single shirts ship for $4.95. Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout.

How long does it take to get my order?

Standard shipping delivers in 8-10 days. Express shipping delivers in 5-6 days. Express shipping is available for all fits except Women’s Relaxed, which ships via standard delivery only.

What happens if my order is delayed?

Sometimes things take a little longer than expected — usually due to high demand, carrier slowdowns, or weather that's out of everyone's control.

For standard orders, we'll reach out if your delivery is running significantly behind schedule. For express orders, if we can't hit the promised window, we'll refund the express shipping fee or give you a credit toward your next order — your call.

You can track your order anytime from the My Orders page, or use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If something still seems off, just email us at support@shirrts.com and we'll sort it out.

What is your return policy?

At Shirrts, every shirt is custom made just for you. That means we can't accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed.

But if there's a problem with your order, we'll fix it. Whether it's a print issue, defect, or something that doesn't match what you ordered, just reach out and we'll make it right.

Please let us know within 14 days of delivery if there's an issue. Just email us with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Where are the shirts printed?

Right here in the U.S., so things move quickly and print the way they're supposed to.

How do I reorder more shirts later?
